The work explore development approaches and knowledge-based achtectures aiming to SADDEM build, a multi-agent system applyed to decision making in ore unload cells. The particularities of cognitives agents structures are based on Jess inference engine in order to link decisions and maintain plans recommendations made by the system. The ontology is developed throught elicitation of information and knowledge during interviews and VV311-K01 car positioner set operating activities. The artifacts produced during the development clycle phases employs PASSI methodology technics, Artificial Intelligence and support engineering to software development using JADE framework. The real time module is linked to the software of supervision and monitoring of the unloading cell productions of VALE.
